I build your website before you pay a dollar.
Premium one-page sites for Southwest Michigan businesses. Researched, designed from scratch, and live on a private link before we ever talk money. You judge the finished thing, not a promise.
- ✓Loads in under a second
- ✓You own everything
- ✓Edit it yourself, no web guy

The backwards business model
I do the homework
I research your business like a customer would, before you've spent a dime or an hour.
I build the real thing
Your actual site, working, on a private link. On my own time, at my own risk.
You judge it
Love it: one flat price, you own everything. Don't: it comes down, you owe nothing.
You never pay for something you haven't already seen working.
- ✓One-time price, no monthly platform fee
- ✓You own the site, code, domain, and analytics
- ✓You edit every word yourself at /admin
- ✓Rather not touch it? I handle updates for a small monthly fee, totally optional
Four businesses. Four different websites.
Invented names, real code. Each one is a full design direction with its signature feature working, in its own style. Scroll through them like you're flipping my portfolio, because you are.

Every business needs the same machinery: a scheduler, an intake form, a menu, a publish button. The machinery is standard; the feel never is. Ten working parts below, each dressed for a different business. Fake data. Click, drag, type, break them.

Nothing here is stored, sent, or booked. Your versions wire to your real inbox and calendar.
Fast sites keep people. Slow sites lose them.
This is Google's own research on mobile load times, not my opinion. Most template sites land between three and six seconds. Every build in this workshop lands in the green.
Odds a visitor gives up, by page load time
My builds: under 1 second. That's the baseline the percentages are measured against.

Nothing to hack
Most builds need no database and no login, and static pages have almost no attack surface. Your site can't be defaced by a plugin update at 2am. If your business genuinely needs accounts or stored data, it gets top-shelf treatment: managed authentication with two-factor, encryption in transit and at rest, and the login kept off the public pages.
Built to be found
Clean structure, local-business schema, real page titles, instant loads. Speed is a ranking factor; so is being readable by machines. Every build ships with both, not as an add-on.
The person behind it
I'm Dylan. I design and build websites in Kalamazoo, one business at a time. I work the way a good local tradesperson does: I look at the job before I quote it, I do the work like my name is on it (it is), and I'd rather show you the finished thing than talk you into it.
- ✓Local: I'll walk through your site with you at your counter
- ✓Every site designed from a blank page for your business
- ✓Plain answers about price, timeline, and what you're getting
Tell me about your business.
That's genuinely all it takes. If it's a fit, the next thing you'll see is your own site: built, working, on a private link. Then we'll talk. If it's not for you, you've lost five minutes.
